QUALIFICATIONS: * Bachelor of Computing (La Trobe Uni) * Certificate IV in Training and Assessment * Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting After selling the business in 1988 and travelling with his family he decided to extend his knowledge of computers by undertaking a Bachelor of Computing in 1990. After completing 6 years of part-time study Malcolm graduated in 1996 with a Bachelor of Computing. He has also holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and has recently undertaken a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and Accounting to further enable him to convey his knowledge to people in terms and ways that are easy to understand. EXPERIENCE: Malcolm has been involved in training for over 18 years with private, commercial, and disad-vantaged clients. He has worked in both one-to-one and group sessions. He has over 35 years of experience with computers in the DOS, Windows and Mac environments. PHILOSOPHY: Malcolm has the background, training and experience to understand how the end (ordinary) user sees and uses their computer. He understands that it doesn?t matter how good a com-puter system is people, can't use it, or won't use it, if they don't understand in simple terms, how to use it to their own benefit. In other words, the best computer in the world is absolutely useless if people don't know how to use it.
